Mildred Muhammad was the intended target of the DC Sniper. The horrific crime that took place in the Washington, D.C. area in 2002. The crime resulted in innocent people being killed and it was committed by her then ex-husband, John Allen Muhammad. To say she knows a thing or two about Domestic violence is an understatement. She speaks out about it globally and joins Dr. Lycka today to share her expertise.
